The smooth design of this sleek Single Tank Adapter allows the BC system to be connected closer to the cylinder versus the stainless steel STA, enabling the cylinder and valve to be nearer to the diver while diving.

Using the Carbon Fibre STA is a great solution for divers who already enjoy their standard or small Carbon Fibre backplates and wish to further reduce the weight of their dive systems, as Carbon Fibre is a lighter material compared to Stainless Steel.
